“Dear Staff,

I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have y’all in my life. Y’all are some amazing and good-hearted women. You make me want to be a great woman for myself and my children. Thank you for all that you have done for me… (you) are my heroes and you have showed me I am worth it and that I’m stronger than I thought I was. Thank you so much! ”
